Keri De Deo is a writer, editor, and online educational designer for teaching writing, grammar, and research. She loves technology and finding innovative teaching methods. In 2012, she won the Master Distance Educator Award for NWCCD in Wyoming. She earned her MA in English from the University of Wyoming in Laramie and her BA in English at the University of Arizona in Tucson. She has taught courses in composition, drama, developmental writing, and English as a second language. Before working on her MA degree, she was an editor at an advertising agency in Lincoln, Nebraska and ran her own tutoring business. Keri spends her free time writing, playing various instruments, and as much time as possible outdoors. Keri is also a writer, E-learning Consultant, ESL and Composition instructor, and an accomplished musician. She is the owner/operator of Witty Owl Consulting.
